Job summary

Zeekr is seeking an experienced Launch professional to drive the introduction of new BEV/PHEV models in Europe. You will oversee end-to-end launch processes, coordinating with sales, after-sales, logistics, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless market introduction.

The role requires outstanding project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to meet regional sales objectives and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product launch management in European luxury OEMs.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of EV/PHEV technology, market trends, and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive launch plan for Zeekr models with timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
• Lead launch of a Zeekr model coordinating with Sales, After-sales, Marketing, and Logistics across HQ in China and Europe.
• Present models to internal stakeholders and external journalists using Product Bulletins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; adjust launch strategy accordingly.
• Create detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate launch activities with headquarter and local markets to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders on launch performance.
• Manage model performance and funnel results by country to meet EU sales targets in coordination with HQ and Market teams.
