BYD Europe BV is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Specialist for its After-sales Service Department in Hoofddorp, NL. You will support the tender process from analysis to submission, ensuring high-quality bids and timely inputs across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and a background in project support with growth potential in a leading zero-emission brand.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project support or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or law.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Review and analyze aftersales-related tender requirements (maintenance, warranty, spare parts, SLAs).
• Identify risks and opportunities in tenders.
• Prepare tender clarifications, technical responses and supporting docs.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Technical Support, Service Ops, Finance and Legal.
