Job summary

AUTEL Energy Europe is seeking a Customer-focused Solution Engineer to translate complex charging requirements into reliable EV solutions for customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will lead pre-sales technical discussions, design AC and DC charging configurations, and coordinate with Product Management and R&D to validate feasibility. The role requires international collaboration and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
• Experience with EV charging or energy infrastructure is preferred.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical charging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Design AC and DC charging solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Management and R&D to validate solutions.
• Deliver solution presentations, workshops, and technical demonstrations.
• Support certifications, pilot activities, and project handover.
