Job summary

Zerova Technologies is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support the operation of our charger base across the EMEA region. You will handle field service topics, assist with on-site commissioning and troubleshooting, and be a key contact for customers.

You will work from our Amstelveen office, collaborate with service teams, and use D365 to track issues while ensuring safety around high- and low-voltage systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong technical understanding of charger products and systems.
• Proficient with log reading and using software tools (D365, SSH clients).
• Advantage: electrical safety training/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Handle service-related topics and issues in the field for charger installations.
• On-site commissioning and troubleshooting across the EMEA base.
• Report incidents promptly to Customer Service and coordinate with teams to resolve.
• Maintain detailed case records in D365 and provide weekly status updates.
• Coordinate spare parts logistics with warehouse and operations teams.
