Key Responsibilities

Implement annual business plans and operational strategies in alignment with regional and global directives.
Facilitate communication and coordination between external partners and regional/global departments including product, aftersales, marketing, finance, IT, etc, to resolve operational challenges.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements.
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform tactical adjustments and maintain competitiveness.
Build and sustain good relationships with distribution partners
Address partner concerns promptly and work collaboratively to enhance mutual success.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in operational or managerial roles within the automotive industry; experience with an OEM or national distributor is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to implement strategies and achieve measurable results in sales, customer satisfaction, or market expansion.
Strong experience in cross-departmental collaboration and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
