Job summary

XPENG is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead European EV charging station initiatives from design through to commissioning and O&M. You will coordinate on-site teams, manage budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and liaise with clients and authorities across borders.

The role requires strong cross-cultural communication, travel readiness, and hands-on experience with electrical engineering and energy infrastructure projects. Join XPENG as it expands its European EV footprint.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management or on-site construction experience.
Experience with EV charging projects and energy infrastructure.
Knowledge of IEC 61851 and other international charging standards.
Familiar with European construction codes and regulations.
Proficient in CAD and BIM design software.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of EV charging station projects in Europe, from initiation to handover and O&M.
Develop detailed schedules, track milestones, enforce safety and regulatory compliance on site.
Lead technical solution reviews and provide on-site guidance to resolve complex challenges.
Coordinate on-site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring budget alignment and progress.
Maintain liaison with overseas clients, local authorities, supervision units, and property owners.
Identify risks and implement contingency plans, making swift decisions during emergencies.
Prepare and archive progress reports, quality inspection records, and as-built documents.
