Job summary
DENSO Europe in Amsterdam is seeking a New Product R&D Engineer to lead aftermarket product development aligned with the e-mobility shift and Aftermarket strategy. You will conduct R&D on electrification mobility products, identify new tech trends, and collaborate with headquarters in Japan and local R&D offices to shape the product lineup.
The role requires a bachelor in engineering, 3+ years in NPD/R&D, strong English, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced automotive
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years in NPD/R&D or related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of CASE and electrification in automotive.
- Experience with regulatory standards and environmental rules.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D activities for electrification mobility products for aftermarket.
- Identify new technologies and trends for potential integration.
- Coordinate with HQ in Japan and local R&D offices.
- Benchmark market trends to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with Aftermarket Product Management to align goals.
- Support development and launch of new products, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Assist in NPI processes and lifecycle management.
- Prepare reports and technical documents for stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless integration of new tech into Aftermarket products.
