Job summary

Zonos is building its European team in Utrecht, and you'll be one of its first members. You’ll lead technical engagements across Europe, guiding customers through API integrations and solution design from discovery to go-live.

Based in the Netherlands, you’ll collaborate with our GM of EMEA and Head of EMEA Sales, traveling ~20% within Europe as needed. You’ll start with three weeks at our US HQ to learn products and data flows, then own European technical engagements with sales and partnerships

Qualifications

• Hands-on API integration experience with GraphQL/REST and JSON.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Experience testing integrations using API tools like Postman.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customers' systems, workflows and integration requirements.
• Design solutions that connect Zonos to checkout, shipping, and customs processes.
• Walk customers through GraphQL and REST APIs, including data needs and returns.
• Define integration scope and implementation plans, and be the customer's technical contact through go-live.
• Build demos, proofs of concept, solution designs and technical documentation.
• Test and troubleshoot API integrations, working with customers and our engineering team to resolve issues.
• Support sales and partnership teams in customer meetings with technical depth.
• Bring customer feedback and requirements back to product and engineering.
• Join customer visits and represent Zonos at industry events.
