Job summary

BISSELL, Inc. seeks a seasoned Social Media & Partnerships Manager to lead Europe-wide social strategy, creator partnerships, and social commerce initiatives beyond North America.

You will collaborate with global teams, agencies and platform partners to accelerate brand growth and commercial performance. You will manage an in-house team, drive AI-powered planning and measurement, and report to the Associate Director Demand Generation Europe, delivering measurable ROI and elevated brand presence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading social media, creator marketing and digital brand building.
• Proven experience developing integrated social strategies across multiple European markets.
• Experience developing social commerce initiatives, including affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop.
• Strong experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve planning, reporting, content and productivity.
• Strong commercial acumen linking social activity to business growth.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional teams in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Set a strategic three-year vision for Social Media, Creator Marketing and Social Commerce across Europe.
• Lead BISSELL's social media capability to grow brand awareness and deliver commercial growth.
• Define and execute integrated creator, influencer and social commerce strategies.
• Develop innovative activations to create cultural relevance and earned media.
• Oversee social content ecosystem: strategy, localization, community engagement and excellence.
• Build partnerships with agencies, creators and platform partners to maximise impact.
• Champion AI adoption across planning, content creation, reporting and automation.
• Use social listening and insights to identify opportunities and guide leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial, DTC, Amazon and Performance Marketing to align investments with growth.
• Own social investment, KPIs and ROI; drive high-performing team output.
