BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp is seeking a data analytics professional to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize dealer service data, identifying trends and measuring service quality to drive performance improvements across Europe.

You will design dashboards in BI tools, collaborate with sales teams, present clear recommendations to stakeholders, and travel across Europe as needed, joining a fast-growing, sustainability-driven technology company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in BI tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication in English and other European languages.
• Willing to travel at least half of the time across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Conduct occasional on-site dealer assessments and mystery shopping visits across Europe.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark dealer service levels.

About The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing dealer service data to identify trends, measure service quality, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. You will work closely with the sales teams to build and maintain a robust data analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards and visual reports in BI tools
• Communicate in a clear and effective way with team members, stakeholders and be able to create engaging presentations
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve dealer service operations

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, preferably in automotive, retail, or service industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in BI tools for dashboard creation and data visualization
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent Communication Skills In English AND Other European Languages
• Willing to travel at least half of the working time across Europe
