BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, seeks a senior events and lead management professional to orchestrate Pan-European fleet initiatives, KA trips, and major events like Fleet Europe Summit. You will manage budgets, vendors, and cross-border logistics, partnering with Nexus Communications to drive the BYD Business ecosystem pillars while maintaining excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, international management, marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience within the automotive sector (ideally EV/NEV), focusing on B2B and key account management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale events, agency vendors (e.g., Nexus Communication), cross-border logistics, and budget management.
• Hands-on experience with the CMS (Content Management System) and the lead management system.
• Budget control and procurement skills, with a track record of managing high-value events and media spending.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) as the primary working language. Knowledge of Chinese language is highly valued.
• Experience in developing and optimizing BYD Business ecosystem pillars, including fleet and B2B pages.
• Establish and manage robust lead management workflows to track, qualify, and route inbound corporate inquiries to account teams.

Responsabilidades

• Organize Pan-European test drives for international key accounts and local fleet customers.
• Lead the organization of Fleet Europe Summit: tickets, stand setup, interviews, and budget control.
• Plan trips to China with leasing companies and corporate customers.
• Coordinate travel planning, event logistics, staffing, and budgeting.
• Contact Nexus Communications for fleet events communication.
• Develop and optimize BYD Business ecosystem pillars related to fleet and B2B pages.
• Manage lead workflows to route inbound inquiries to account teams.
• Oversee purchasing media, advertisements, and videos from Nexus Communications.
• Ensure English is the primary working language and support Chinese language skills when available.

Required Profile & Qualifications

• Organizing Pan European test drives for international key accounts and local fleet customers, customer invitations, test drive briefings, press conference, and welcome dinner, etc.
• Take the lead in organizing the overall trip to China with leasing companies and corporate customers.
• Trip planning, event organization, staff arrangements, and budget control, etc.
• Responsible for planning a KA Trip for all countries at the local level.
• Responsible for contacting Nexus Communication for all fleet events communication.
• Organizing Fleet Europe Summit, including tickets, stand arrangement, interviews, and budget control;
• In charge of purchasing media, advertisements, and videos from the Nexus Comm. Team.
• Responsible for the development and continuous optimization of the BYD Business ecosystem pillars, including fleet and B2B pages.
