Job summary

Flowid is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and manage customer relationships in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors across Europe. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions and foster long-term partnerships with engineering and project teams.

You will proactively travel within Europe, focusing initially on promoting Flowid’s SpinPro technology for gas–liquid applications and expanding market presence through strategic opportunities and robust proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience in technical B2B sales or business development.
• Experience selling custom technical solutions or capital equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
• Proactively visit existing and potential customers across Europe to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Promote Flowid’s SpinPro solution for gas–liquid applications.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals with engineering teams.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Represent Flowid at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Monitor market developments and identify new flow chemistry opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting.
