Job summary

CECO Environmental seeks a Regional Sales & Business Development Manager Europe based in Heerenveen to drive growth for Mefiag and Kemco across Europe. The role blends business development, account management and technical solution selling with 40–60% travel, cultivating distributors and partnerships while expanding market reach.

You will lead the sales process end-to-end, develop forecasts, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customer value and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and optional Dutch/German is advantageous.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience in technical sales or account management is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a European growth strategy for Mefiag and Kemco.
• Identify new markets, industries and applications in Europe.
• Build partnerships with distributors, agents and channel partners.
• Lead selling from prospecting to contract closure across regions.
• Negotiate agreements and support renewals; achieve sales targets.
• Provide product presentations and technical demonstrations.
