Job summary

ASICS is seeking an experienced HR leader based at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp to own the retail HR agenda across Europe. You will build and implement a three-year retail people strategy with the VP HR, and partner closely with the Retail Leadership Team on talent, performance, and employee relations.

This is a genuine build opportunity with a lean team; you will shape HR infrastructure across markets, drive consistency, and influence country partners to deliver tangible people outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR in a multi-country international environment.
• Retail HR experience across multiple markets.
• Experience harmonising HR practices across countries.
• Ability to influence without authority and coach senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and own the three-year EMEA retail HR strategy with the VP HR.
• Lead HR support for growth, transformation and change across the EMEA retail estate.
• Directly manage the HR Retail Manager in Hoofddorp and align country HR Advisors.
• Oversee Employee Relations & compliance across EMEA jurisdictions; lead restructures and works council activities.
• Partner with Talent Management & Learning & Development for store populations.
• Drive Talent Acquisition & workforce planning for retail expansion and transformation.
