Lead projects. Build relationships. Make an impact across Europe
On behalf of our client, an international and fast-growing provider of mobile and modular MRI and CT solutions, we are looking for a European Project Manager. Our client helps hospitals and healthcare providers across Europe keep access to essential diagnostic imaging, for example during a renovation or when extra capacity is needed.
In this role you are the link between the hospital, technical partners and the internal teams. You make sure a mobile MRI or CT unit is delivered on site, installed and handed over successfully. You also build lasting client relationships and spot new business opportunities.
What you will do
- Manage projects from start to finish: site visit, planning, installation, testing and final handover.
- Coordinate the installation of mobile MRI and hybrid MRI/CT units with hospitals, OEM partners, suppliers and the internal sales, operations and logistics teams.
- Arrange the IT set-up together with the internal IT department and the client.
- Explain the unit to the client and complete the handover, including the inventory check.
- Manage timelines, budgets and risks, and make sure quality, safety and regulatory requirements are met.
- Follow up on incoming requests and prepare quotations, supported by the in-house sales team.
- Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for contract extensions and follow-up projects.
- Represent the company during client visits, trade fairs and networking events.
What you bring
- A higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
- Experience in project management, ideally in healthcare, medical technology, capital equipment or technical installations.
- Strong organisational skills: you can manage multiple projects, budgets and stakeholders at the same time.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in client conversations. Experience in sales or account management is a plus.
- Technical affinity and a genuine interest in medical imaging.
- Excellent German and good English, both spoken and written. French or other European languages are a bonus.
- A proactive, independent and pragmatic attitude, and a willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
What's in it for you
- A full-time position in a growing, international organisation.
- A company car or company van.
- A high degree of independence and responsibility.
- A varied role combining project delivery, client contact and commercial development.
- An international working environment with direct contact with hospitals across Europe.
- Work that matters: you help give patients better access to diagnostic care.
