Job summary

AUO Display Plus is seeking a business‑minded Product Sales Manager to drive European distributor networks and target enterprise accounts, especially in industrial and retail sectors. You will translate product capabilities into customer solutions, coordinating with Taiwan HQ and IPC partners to win Design Wins.

The role requires 5+ years in IPC sales/BD or product management, with strong negotiation and presentation skills in English and ideally another European language.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in IPC product sales, BD, or market PM roles.
• Strong familiarity with European IPC ecosystem and regional market dynamics.
• Outstanding negotiation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
• Technical acumen to discuss IPC hardware with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Formulate GTM strategies for European distributors and direct accounts.
• Organize business and technical workshops to enable local sales teams.
• Co-design customer engagement strategies, qualify opportunities, and drive winning proposals.
• Collaborate with regional sales, Taiwan HQ, and IPC partners to secure Design Wins.
• Analyze win/loss factors across product features, market positioning and commercial execution.
• Develop market understanding in Smart Manufacturing, HMI, and Smart Retail sectors.
