Job summary

XPENG is seeking a Partner Development and Project Management leader to secure top-tier CPOs and eMSPs for rapid rollout of XPENG-branded charging networks in Europe. You will drive V2G partnerships, screen partner sites, and manage end-to-end delivery with internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in European charging network expansion, strong regulatory knowledge, and English plus local language proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in European OEM charging network expansion or similar.
Solid knowledge of European regulations and construction standards.
Local language and English proficiency.
Overseas project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner development to secure networks and ensure timely rollout.
Drive V2G partnerships and deployment across European countries.
Screen and shortlist sites to meet XPENG brand station standards.
Draft and review project contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and pricing docs.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery for charging stations and ESS in Europe.
Coordinate with domestic and international teams, dealers, and partners to align budgets and processes.
Identify local compliance and project risks and develop contingency plans.
