Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare invites a proactive, hands-on intern to support day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing and HR activities across Europe. You will collaborate with European Marketing & Communications and HR teams, reporting to the heads of Marketing & Communications and HR.

Responsibilities include coordinating marketing projects, events, procurement, logistics, and maintaining SOPs, plus HR onboarding and invoicing. The role is hybrid with a Rotterdam office presence.

Qualifications

• Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Confident using AI tools to improve efficiency and structure information.
• Able to organize information logically and translate recurring processes into clear SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and execution of marketing projects, events, and customer activities across Europe.
• Assist with procurement, payments, supplier coordination, logistics and digital marketing materials and merchandise.
• Track project progress, follow-ups, and coordinate with sales and other stakeholders.
• Own the management, distribution and stock of events' marketing materials.
• Help structure, document, and improve internal workflows and SOPs for Marketing and HR.
• Manage HR Wiki, onboarding, HR reporting and invoicing.
• Support on-site events.
