Based in Amsterdam, you will drive learning initiatives, coach leaders, and ensure consistent guest experiences while traveling extensively across Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in retail (store) with managerial experience.
• Experience in premium, lifestyle, hospitality, sportswear, wellness, or customer-centric retail.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a comprehensive retail learning strategy across Europe.
• Create engaging learning journeys from onboarding to leadership development.
• Foster a culture of learning, coaching, feedback, and personal growth in stores.
• Elevate product knowledge and guest experience through store learning.
• Measure impact with retail KPIs, guest feedback, and performance data.
• Partner with Retail, HR, Store Leadership, and Community teams to align priorities.
