Job summary

GAC Motor Europe B.V. in Amsterdam seeks a Learning Operation Specialist to coordinate Europe-wide training activities, schedule programs, manage communications, and handle logistics to enable effective learning across markets.

You will support trainers, maintain learning records, generate reports, and help build scalable learning processes with LMS tools, MS 365, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training operations or coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an international environment.
• Comfort with data, reporting and digital tools; affinity for learning platforms and project-management tools.
• Fluent in English; additional European language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Sales and Aftersales learning activities across Europe.
• Manage training calendar and learning pipeline; plan and track programmes, markets and milestones.
• Support trainers and subject-matter experts; assist with Train-the-Trainer activities and distributor/dealer trainer development.
• Maintain learning records, participation data, feedback and assessment results; generate clear reporting.
• Help build scalable learning processes, templates and best practices across markets.

We are currently looking for Learning Operation Specialist, the details Job responsibilities as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Sales and Aftersales learning activities across Europe, including scheduling, participant communication, logistics and follow-up.
• Manage the training calendar and learning pipeline, helping ensure programmes, markets, audiences and key milestones are clearly planned and tracked.
• Support trainers and subject-matter experts in the preparation and delivery of learning initiatives, including Train-the-Trainer activities and distributor/dealer trainer development.
• Maintain learning records, participation data, feedback and assessment results, and help translate this information into clear reporting and continuous improvement actions.
• Help build consistent, scalable learning processes, templates and ways of working that make Academy activities easier to manage, measure and replicate across markets.

What You Bring:

• You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, training operations, project coordination or a related role; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, but not essential.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, or bring comparable relevant professional experience.
• You are highly organized and comfortable coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines and priorities in an international environment.
• You are confident working with data, reporting and digital tools, with an affinity for learning platforms and project-management tools such as LMS systems, Microsoft 365, Excel, Forms, Lists, Planner/Project or similar solutions.
• You are fluent in English and comfortable working across cultures and markets; an additional European language is considered a plus.
