Job summary

UPS Eindhoven is seeking a Business Development Manager for HealthTech to lead the sales initiative across Europe. You will build a pipeline for HealthTech offerings, collaborate with Enterprise and SMB teams, and drive revenue growth through new business acquisition.

You’ll work closely with the Eindhoven operations team and tender management to deliver commercial proposals and achieve targets, leveraging your market knowledge and network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or supply chain management.
• 3–5 years of experience in the logistics industry, ideally in various roles.
• Knowledge of Medical Devices market and international transportation.
• Established network of logistics decision-makers in the medical device sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads.
• Build and manage a European HealthTech sales pipeline.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Eindhoven operations and tender management for proposals.
• Hunt, negotiate and win new HealthTech business for Europe.
