Job summary

EuroDev - European Business Development Group seeks a Business Development Manager for healthcare projects across Europe. You will lead market entry and expansion efforts, collaborating with manufacturers and suppliers to drive growth across European markets.

The role blends healthcare-focused BD with broader Retail initiatives, offering hybrid work, international exposure, and opportunities to build long-term distributor relationships and participate in major trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, med‑tech, or related field.
• 2–5 years in business development and sales, preferably healthcare, medical devices or pharma.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in retail projects and working with European markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute European Go-To-Market strategies per client and market.
• Drive end-to-end business development: prospecting, negotiations, deal closing.
• Lead multiple client projects simultaneously and manage client expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, partners, and positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
• Represent clients at European trade shows and events.
• Travel within Europe (approx. 30%).
• Manage and develop existing accounts while generating new business.
