Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Procurement Manager for Europe, focusing on local fulfillment logistics including first-mile, line-haul, warehousing, and last-mile services. You will lead supplier selection, benchmarking, and negotiations to strengthen the platform’s logistics competitiveness.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of driving cost reductions while maintaining high service standards across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics procurement, fulfillment operations, e-commerce supply chain or related roles.
• Strong negotiation, cost awareness and project execution ability; able to lead procurement initiatives.
• High proficiency in Chinese for contract interpretation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for Europe e-commerce local fulfillment logistics, including supplier selection and negotiation.
• Optimize fulfillment cost and service quality by selecting logistics partners and improving pricing mechanisms.
• Develop annual and quarterly procurement strategies based on regional growth trends.
• Maintain relationships with key logistics service providers and drive capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance on contracts and onboarding.
• Build a supplier pool, monitor performance and ensure compliance and risk control.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and pricing trend assessments for procurement planning.
