Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; familiar with last-mile courier service providers in Europe & the UK, with experience in managing European e-Commerce logistics and FBT operations.
• Familiar with international e-Commerce processes, logistics operation models and operation management models, with proficient operation and management experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Solution Capability: Responsible for formulating last-mile courier delivery solutions for FBT, as well as designing the SOP of FBT courier logistics processes and managing logistics service providers.
• Daily Operation Capability: Take charge of key indicators related to courier timeliness, cost and experience; build operational processes, monitor daily operational data, and manage logistics service providers to ensure the sustained operation of all operational indicators.
• Cross-departmental Communication and Coordination Capability: Proactively propose optimizable points related to processes and products in daily work, and promote the cross-departmental completion of related projects.
