Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Business Development Manager – Energy Solutions to scale battery energy storage and solar PV across Europe. You will build and manage a high-quality pipeline, convert opportunities into approved, contracted, ready-to-build projects, and partner with real estate, leasing, and finance teams to secure power access for customer growth and electrification.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of business development or project development in renewable energy.
• Direct experience in battery energy storage.
• Ability to originate opportunities and progress through commercial structuring and investment approval.
• Ability to evaluate power markets, grid, permitting, and delivery factors affecting solar and battery projects.
• Experience building investment cases and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a European pipeline of battery storage and solar opportunities across developments, acquisitions and portfolio.
• Translate energy requirements into land acquisitions, investment cases, and development concepts with cross-functional teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate approvals with internal and external partners across Europe.
• Oversee multi-country development projects from initial qualification to ready-to-build status with risk and milestone tracking.
