Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Procurement Manager for European E‑Commerce to shape the procurement strategy for last mile carrier ecosystems across Europe. You will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate with carriers, and build scalable frameworks that support growth and service reliability, aligning with product strategies and customer needs.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Network, Finance and Carrier Management to ensure competitive commercial terms and strong supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, logistics, or e-commerce procurement.
• Experience with multi-country sourcing and RFQs.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset linking procurement to GP.
• Ability to translate product requirements into procurement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies for European e-commerce last mile services.
• Lead tenders, RFQs and negotiations with parcel carriers and partners.
• Build scalable procurement frameworks for growth and reliability.
• Negotiate rates and terms aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance and Carrier teams.
