Job summary

Clarks in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior DM Europe to lead store teams across Outlet and Full price channels across multiple European countries. The role focuses on delivering KPI targets, managing budgets, and protecting the brand experience in a high-traffic retail environment.

You will motivate and develop Store Managers and teams, drive the region's performance, and ensure seamless consumer experiences while aligning with seasonal plans and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior retail leadership with strong P&L experience.
• Proven track record delivering budgets and targets.
• Excellent planning, organizing and communication skills.
• Fluent English; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams across Europe to deliver KPI targets and brand standards.
• Drive area performance, budgeting, margins, and cost control.
• Plan and execute seasonal trade plans and store communications.
• Develop succession plans and coach Store Managers and teams.
• Oversee store expansion and fleet improvements across Europe.
