Job summary

Clarks is seeking a senior leader to drive the performance of our European outlet and full-price stores. You will lead store teams, implement retail strategies, and ensure top-line growth while protecting brand standards.

The role requires extensive travel across Europe, strong English communication, and proven experience in multi-country retail operations, P&L accountability, and team development.

• Proven retail management experience in multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead area performance and drive KPI delivery across Europe.
• Oversee store-level execution of seasonal trade plans and brand standards.
• Manage P&L, budgets, margins and overheads to achieve regional targets.
• Coach Store Managers to improve performance and succession planning.
• Ensure a consistent consumer experience and high brand standards.
• Share learnings and best practices with peers across the business.
• Travel extensively in Europe to conduct store visits and drive results.
