About the Role

As the (Senior) Sales Manager Animal Nutrition, you will take ownership of developing and managing our Animal Feed segment. You will build strategic and tactical account plans, develop new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships across the industry. This role requires a strong commercial background in animal nutrition/feed, an existing network and market contacts, combined with a proactive, hunting mentality.

What You Will Do

• Develop and grow Bunge’s Animal Feed segment across EMEA
• Build and execute demand and account strategies aligned with regional priorities
• Manage relationships with existing customers and new prospects in different sizes and complexities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D, Supply Chain, FP&A) to ensure excellent customer service
• Work closely with commercial teams and internal stakeholders to drive aligned execution
• Build and maintain market intelligence through mapping and sharing customer insights
• Stay informed on market trends; represent Bunge at trade fairs and industry events
