Caldic Europe seeks a Commercial Legal Counsel to contribute to a scalable contracting function in Rotterdam. You will work with the General Counsel Europe on commercial contracts, corporate matters and strategic projects, focusing on drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements while advancing compliance and process improvements.

You will join a compact European Legal & Compliance team and help implement templates, playbooks and tools, delivering timely guidance to business teams and senior

Qualificações

• Qualified as a lawyer in a European jurisdiction.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in commercial contracting, ideally including distribution or master service agreements.
• Experience in corporate law is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts across Caldic Europe.
• Support corporate housekeeping and contracting function development.
• Ensure compliance with Caldic’s policies and contracting tools.
• Drive contract lifecycle management and reporting across the region.
• Provide practical legal guidance and training materials.
