Applied Medical, based in Amersfoort, NL, seeks a German-speaking Legal Counsel to support 17 European entities with a focus on the DACH region. You will provide strategic legal guidance on commercial contracts, competition and EU law while collaborating with Sales teams and external counsels.

Based at our European HQ in Amersfoort, you will report to the Senior Legal Counsel, joining an international, collaborative culture with strong integrity and a balance of drive and empathy.

Qualifikationen

• LL.M. degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Draft and review commercial agreements with healthcare organizations in the DACH region.
• Advise on corporate, advertising and employment law.
• Advise on EU and national competition law matters; assess competitor activity and market practices.
• Support litigation and competition law investigations with external counsel.
