Arrow Electronics is seeking a Legal Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and to lead negotiations with external parties. The role involves advising management, sales and finance on legal matters within a multinational environment, and handling corporate transactions.

Requires a full European law degree, admission to practice, and a minimum of 3 years as an attorney. English proficiency is essential; a second language is valued. Fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

• Completed a full legal degree in your European country/jurisdiction and passed all state exams.
• Must be licensed to practise law as an attorney or local equivalent (e.g. solicitor, Rechtsanwalt).

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts, leading negotiations with external parties.
• Review and resolve all legal issues in a multinational company and act as counsellor to management, sales and finance.
