Job summary

HY Legal & Services Ltd. is seeking a Legal Counsel / Legal Manager to support an international client in Europe.

You will draft, review and negotiate procurement, warehousing and distribution contracts, and advise internal teams on compliance and commercial risk. The role requires collaboration with regional and global legal colleagues to standardize templates and processes, manage external counsel, and ensure scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong contract law and commercial transaction principles.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to provide timely, practical legal advice across procurement, logistics, operations, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of supply chain-related agreements (procurement, warehousing, transport, last-mile).
• Provide timely legal advice to internal stakeholders in Europe.
• Identify and mitigate legal/regulatory risks including GDPR and consumer protection.
• Collaborate with regional/global legal teams to standardize processes and templates.
• Liaise with external counsel and manage external spend.
