Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales and channel management.
• Experience in balcony solar/energy storage preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage distributors, retailers or key accounts.
• Knowledge of balcony energy/home energy market.
• Fluent in local language and English; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish the European channel sales system for balcony energy storage across Benelux.
• Build a distribution network and implement channel strategies to hit targets.
• Manage channel partners and coordinate marketing cooperation.
• Provide market analysis and sales forecast reports.
