Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant commercial leadership experience within the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight and Ocean Freight products and services.
• Proven experience leading and developing Business Development teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• International exposure with responsibility across multiple European markets.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic, results-driven, and highly commercial in approach.

Responsibilities
