Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with at least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner for websites and/or e-commerce platforms.
• Ambition, excellent stakeholder management, planning and presentation skills.
• Experienced in Scrum methodology and backlog refinement; able to prepare wireframes for features.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences; able to manage difficult conversations.
• Experience with e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive a consistent and valuable digital experience for European Websites & E‑commerce platforms.
• Measure and collect data to support decisions.
• Manage the planning and optimization of the product roadmap, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and set expectations for new features to ensure business value.
• Create user stories, backlog management, troubleshooting and incident management.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology on technical solutions.
