Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Planner for Program Management across Europe and UK, embedding workforce planning into pursuits and projects. You will identify talent, coordinate deployment, and build strong networks with managers and leaders while maintaining data quality.

The role requires deep analytics, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement to drive billability and demand planning across EUK, delivering reliable staffing insights and proactive talent solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning or deployment coordination in Europe UK.
• Strong analytics, forecasting and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of labor markets and employment law relevant to planning.
• Change management and transformation experience.
• Familiarity with workforce planning processes and WFP data systems.
• Client-focused with solution-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and ability to challenge appropriately.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Leadership aligned to Arcadis values.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Europe UK team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage the demand marketplace and support wider network.
• Ensure 12-week look-ahead quality for managers in remit.
• Identify work and demand for proactive pre-planning.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and liaise with stakeholders.
• Maintain WFP Tags data and onboarding of new joiners.
• Build strong relationships with pursuit leaders and project managers.
