Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Planner for Design & Engineering in Europe UK to drive workforce planning across EUK projects. You will engage with team managers, monitor demand, and manage supply to maximise billability and forecast accuracy.

You will build strong networks, provide insights from dashboards, and support onboarding and tagging in WFP systems, enabling informed decision-making across sectors and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with leaders and Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends and employment law relevant to workforce planning.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to improve data accuracy.
• Change management and transformation experience in workforce tools.
• Knowledge of processes and systems that drive workforce planning data.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with Europe UK team managers to maximise billability and forecast reliability.
• Monitor and manage demand within remit; support wider network.
• Own 12-week look ahead quality for team managers within remit.
• Identify work and demand for Design & Engineering to plan in advance.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and engage relevant stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new joiners and maintain WFP Tags profiles.
• Build strong networks within Design & Engineering to provide resource options.
• Escalate supply/demand risks and coordinate with WFP Directors.
