Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Resource Planner Asset Management to drive workforce planning across the EUK, aligning with Sector and Service leaders and guiding talent deployment. You will build networks and ensure data quality to support decisions.

In this role you will manage the 12-week look ahead, identify recruitment needs, maximize pre-planning and mobilization, and serve as a primary contact for talent across Asset Management in the EUK. Strong data and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination in EUK.
• Deep understanding of analytics, forecasting and billability.
• Strong collaboration with team managers, project managers and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends and employment law.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to improve data completeness.
• Change management and transformation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with EUK team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Own the 12-week look ahead quality for managers within remit.
• Identify gaps and recruit needs, and support pre-planning and mobilization.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Build strong networks with pursuit leaders and project managers.
