You will design advisory boards, scale merchant communities, and drive executive engagement. You’ll weave customer insights into product strategy and help shape industry standards and partnerships globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer advocacy, marketing, or strategy in B2B SaaS/fintech/payments.
• Proven track record building and scaling Customer Advisory Boards and executive programs.
• Experience engaging enterprise accounts and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and translating trends into insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and steward the European Customer Advisory Board for strategic merchants across Europe.
• Build merchant communities and executive engagement programs to deepen relationships.
• Partner cross-functionally to embed advocacy into the customer lifecycle and product decisions.
• Integrate customer perspectives into internal and external decision-making and innovation processes.
• Represent the company in industry boards, forums, and working groups.
