Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Engagement & Industry Advocacy lead for Europe. The role will elevate both the company’s voice and the voice of our Customers across the payments ecosystem, ensuring exceptional experiences and shaping the future of commerce with our partners.

You will build and lead advocacy initiatives, including European Customer Advisory Boards and executive engagement programs, and influence industry participants from regulators to card networks.

Qualifications

• Proven public speaking experience at industry conferences or client events.
• Experience building and scaling Customer Advisory Boards or similar merchant communities.
• Fluency in European payments trends, card network rules, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and steward European Customer Advisory Boards for strategic merchants across Europe.
• Build and scale merchant communities and executive engagement programs to deepen relationships.
• Partner cross-functionally to embed merchant perspectives into product decisions, roadmaps, and commercial strategies.
• Drive adoption of community initiatives and embed advocacy throughout the customer lifecycle.
