Barclays Europe Card Issuing Sales Manager in Amsterdam leads key accounts across Europe, developing relationships with Coverage and Product teams within a matrix structure. You will ensure customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and act as the primary link between clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong English and Dutch, B2B card sales experience, and the ability to negotiate contracts, manage pipelines, and drive growth while adhering to regulatory

Formación

• Proven experience in B2B card solution sales.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis.
• Fluent English and Dutch language abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Customer & Account Leadership: Manage key accounts and long-term relationships; understand client needs and negotiate contracts.
• Sales and Commercial Strategy: Own targets, forecast, plan revenue growth, identify new opportunities and pricing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with coverage, sales, product, and operations to meet client needs.
