Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Payments & Cash Management Origination professional in Amsterdam to drive revenue and promote cash management solutions across European clients. You will work within the Transaction Banking team, supporting Relationship Directors and shaping new product developments.

The role requires expertise in cash management, liquidity, cross-border payments and regulatory knowledge, with collaboration across product, finance, and compliance to deliver high-value, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in cash origination or sales within a corporate banking environment.
Knowledge of Dutch and European corporate and financial markets.
Experience in cash management, liquidity and global payment solutions.
Experience in sales management; pipeline and stakeholder management.
Solid commerciality and understanding of deposits and money transmission.
Experience in risk, compliance and regulatory governance.

Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and tailor proposals and pitches.
Collaborate with product, tax, legal, finance and compliance teams to deliver robust solutions.
Monitor lead conversion rates and sales performance to drive growth.
Support the regional and cross-border strategy within Transaction Banking in Amsterdam.
