Barclays seeks a Europe Card Issuing Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe. You will manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and lead the full sales cycle with a focus on issuing and broader cash management solutions.

You will build strong client relationships, articulate product and technical aspects, and collaborate with coverage, product, and operations teams in a matrixed setup. Amsterdam-based with English and Dutch proficiency.

Formación

• Proven experience in B2B card solution sales or relationship management in financial services.
• Ability to articulate functional and technical aspects of card platforms.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity to deal closure.
• Own sales targets, forecasting, account planning, and revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and market needs.
