Job summary
OnLogic’s Legal team in the Netherlands is seeking a transactional lawyer with 5-8 years post-qualified experience to negotiate and draft complex technology contracts for customers across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. You will report to the General Counsel and work with the EU leadership to support strategic business initiatives.
This in-office role requires fluency in English and Dutch, travel one to two days per week, and strong commercial judgment in B2B technology matters including
Qualifications
- Qualified in the EU with 5–8 years post-qualification experience in commercial technology contracts.
- Experience negotiating complex tech agreements for computer systems and services.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; German a plus.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate agreements for provision of computer systems and related services.
- Advise on technology, regulatory, corporate and business-law issues.
- Support business development and key strategic initiatives.
- Assist in acquisitions, partnerships and vendor relationships as applicable.
- Work in a global, fast-paced environment with commercial judgement.
- Collaborate with EU leadership and report to General Counsel.
