Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a (Senior) Legal Counsel/Business Lawyer to join its Utrecht team. This role will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams on contract negotiations and guiding commercial projects. Qualifications

• Approximately 6–10 years of experience as a lawyer and/or in-house counsel.
• Solid foundation in contract law with hands-on experience in commercial and corporate contracting.
• Affinity with innovation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements across various commercial engagements.
• Support the business through public and private sector procurement processes.
• Provide clear, actionable legal advice to colleagues.
