Job summary

Planon is seeking an IT law specialist to join our Legal Department at headquarters in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. You will provide pragmatic legal support to Planon entities and internal stakeholders, focusing on IT contracts, licensing and risk management in a fast-growing environment.

You will translate complex legal concepts into practical advice, collaborate with international teams in the Netherlands, Germany and the United States, and help shape scalable contracting processes while

Qualifications

Must hold a Dutch Master's degree in Law with IT, Privacy and/or contract law focus.
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT agreements incl. software licenses, SaaS, maintenance terms and SLAs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to research complex legal topics.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate customer-related IT agreements and supplier-related purchase agreements.
Improve contracting and contract management processes for scalability and risk awareness.
Advise on projects and strategic initiatives, including new business models and licensing structures.
Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge base and inform Planon about relevant regulations.
Align legal support with Planon Legal Department goals and service levels.
Collaborate in an international, multidisciplinary team.
