Job summary
Zeekr Europe is seeking a Regulatory Compliance and RMI Specialist within Zeekr MSS to guide European Regulations applicable to the EU vehicle fleet. You will guard processes within Aftersales, including Road Side Assistance, and liaise with legal, procurement, engineering, and regional teams to ensure correct interpretation and application of regulations throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in OEM aftersales.
- Strong understanding of EU legislation affecting aftersales operations.
- Ability to translate regulations into practical processes.
- Experience with RMI and repair information governance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management across international teams.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with EU and local laws for aftersales operations.
- Govern Repair & Maintenance Information portal access and accuracy.
- Oversee battery regulations, sustainability reporting and ELV obligations.
- Design and implement Road Side Assistance processes for new markets.
