Job summary

Innodisk Europe BV in Eindhoven seeks a driven Product Sales Manager to support the sales team with technical product information and strong customer relationships across Europe.

The ideal candidate has a technical background in computer hardware, at least 2 years in a similar role, fluent English, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment; Dutch/French/German are a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical background is a requirement.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in technical or industrial field.
• A communicative personality with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Another European language (Dutch, French, German) is a good plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with product development team in HQ, providing feedback from EU market and staying updated on product information.
• Provide product specifications, general information, availability, and pricing details to customers.
• Oversee the project performances and customer relationships together with the Reginal Sales Manager and other team members.
• Traveling to EU customers regarding training, customizing products and representing at trade shows.
• Nurture a good relationship with customers and assist them with product specifications and general information related to product use.
