Qualifications

• Relevant number of years of experience in HR, compensation, benefits, finance, or analytics.
• Strong interest in compensation, pay equity, and HR analytics.
• Basic understanding of EU labour regulations; exposure to pay transparency topics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.
• Maintain documentation of compensation policies for audit readiness.
• Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external disclosures.
